Greg Otto brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in design and construction to Clark Pacific where he is charged to lead an entrepreneurial prefabrication (modular) construction start-up and evolve it to a sustainable business segment of the Company. Leveraging Clark Pacific’s vast knowledge of construction prefabrication, Greg is focused to develop complete, comprehensive prefabricated building solutions (product), specifically targeted for the housing market. Housing availability (supply) and more specifically affordability are critical concerns. Construction prefabrication (factory built solutions) stand to radically change construction as we know it, and done right, can address these concerns directly, producing buildings of improved quality, lower cost, increased performance and long term durability.
