Innovation is what makes me tick. Early on in my career, I believed that great ideas drove innovation. Later I discovered that there is never a lack of ideas. What usually lacks is high-performing teams, business leadership, and customer focus. So these are the factors I’ve focused on in the past ten years of my innovation consultancy practice.
