Christopher Anderson

I’ve worked for the last 15 years on Lean and Agile transformations across multiple industries and geographies.  Currently, as the Director of Innovation Process at Assa Abloy Smart Residential (parent to Yale Home, August Home), my job is to work with teams in APAC, EMEIA, and Americas to scale innovative planning processes around the development of dozens of smart IoT products which change how we access the built world. Prior to working for Assa Abloy Smart Residential, I worked for Webcor Builders in San Francisco as Sr. Manager of Performance Excellence.  During this time I worked across multiple large scale construction projects as a lean, agile, last planner coach to project teams.
